- TERM II: 1976-1980
- Learned language and customs of Ecuador.
- Pastored Evangelistic Center in Guayaquil and turned it over to national leadership.
- Mary Ann was in charge of the only Pentecostal bookstore in city of Guayaquil.
- John and Mary Ann taught in Bible School.
- John served on the national presbytery.
- Mary Ann had jail ministry among imprisoned Americans.
- TERM III: 1981-1986
- John named director of coastal Bible School.
- Increased level of academics.
