John is the director of IBMM. He was born in Guatemala, Central America, to missionary parents and has spent most of his life in Latin America. John and Mary Ann have served as missionaries since 1971 and have a passion to train leaders in Latin America. Their experience in pioneering churches, directing Bible School, Family Seminars, mentoring as well as serving the national churches in Latin America have uniquely prepared them to produce "Bible School in a Box"
